Who we are
Pastor Training Schools is made up of local pastors that are called to invest in men called to the gospel ministry and prepare them to be faithful pastors and missionaries.
All teachers are practitioners and have at minimum a Master’s Level Degree from an approved Baptist Seminary. Pastor Training Schools has a partnership with Blue Mountains Christian University to provide a Certificate of Christian Ministry.
Mission Statement
Pastor Training School’s mission is to equip called men of God to be effective pastors.
Goals and Values
- Students will study and develop a better understanding of the Bible.
- Students will learn how to grow in their relationship with Christ.
- Students will develop skills needed to effectively study and proclaim God’s word.
- Students will be equipped with a multiplying discipleship strategy.
- Students will be equipped with tools necessary to pastor or plant a church.
Statement of Purpose
With a growing need of pastors to fill pulpits in our state and the surrounding states, we desire to provide effective, practical training to men who feel called to pastor.
This will be an opportunity for new pastors that desire to expand their knowledge and learn from practitioners to be successful in pastoring churches.
It is also the desire of the school to become a resource for churches to connect with trained and ready men to fill pastoral roles in their churches.
