Jay and his wife April live in Oxford, MS with their children, Jackson and Mollie. Jay is the pastor of Old Union Baptist Church and also serves as VP of Church Missions Network. Jay is passionate about discipleship and has committed his life to carrying out 2 Timothy 2:2 – Invest in faithful men who will teach others also.

Michael and his wife, Tina, live in Blue Mountain, MS. They have three adult children, John, James, and Jonah, and three wonderful daughters-in-law and four grandchildren (with two more on the way). Michael is the pastor of Blue Mountain Baptist Church in Blue Mountain, MS. Michael’s passion is ministering to people with the love of Christ, and he tries to live by 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, “Bless be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”

Tracy is the pastor of North Winona Baptist Church and has “set his heart to study the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach his statutes” (Ezra 7:10). He, along with his wife Genie, love the north-central hills of Mississippi.

April is married to her best friend, Jay Parks, and they have two beautiful children. She stays busy trying to keep up with all of Jay’s crazy ideas and adventures. She is so thankful that God and Jay allow her to be a small, behind the scenes part of this great movement training men to make a Kingdom impact.
